On Sunday morning I reported a fault with my internet to Afrihost. Afrihost advised that Mitsol will restore my internet within 24 hours. Online training is part of our income and I pleaded for punctuality.
Instead of that, Mitsol has not even responded to Afrihost over 72 hours later. When I begged an Afrihost agent to contact Mitsol, they simply said my device was plugged into a UPS which is a lie. They have not committed to repair their faulty device and won't say when.
These 2 companies are an utter failure when it comes to caring and resolving faults. The supervisors have eluded me for 2 straight days and have not wanted to speak to me. I regret joining you.
