10 Oct 2023, 04:29Then to add to my frustration yesterday, they send an email saying that the yellow fibre connection line, spending on how damaged, will cost me between R750 and R1750... if this like is so freaking temperamental and can't be touched, then why don't they fix it to the wall or skirting???? Oh wait, it's because that's how they make money off People, more money than one pays for their expensive fibre connection. I'm so over this and now I will wait to see what time they come today, despite my needing to work. When I was with Openserv, they replaced that line twice, this is because they know that it can't be touched and if it is, it could be a silly bump and it could get damaged. Mitsol would rather charge clients because that's how they make more money off People in KZN who are oblivious. Disgusting Mitsol
