Mitzuma.co.za Suspect Retailer
Placed an order and paid via EFT into their FNB account on 17 March 2022. They still indicate on their web site they are waiting for payment and I sent them a POP the same day. All correspondence on their HELP goes unanswered just a mail that they received it. Eventually spoke to Mohammed who says they are trying to source the item but when I placed my order they indicated and still indicates the item is In Stock. Mohammed said I will hear from them today which I doubt but if I do I will follow up on this post

Mitzuma goods received on time
Goods were eventually received and on time which was great. Only problem in the end was the communication.

Goods not received and no contact.
They do not answer the phone (only a mobile number and WhatsApp). My order cannot be tracked and when I studied the website carefully, it looks rather shaky.
