Mitzuma.co.za Suspect Retailer
Placed an order and paid via EFT into their FNB account on 17 March 2022. They still indicate on their web site they are waiting for payment and I sent them a POP the same day.
All correspondence on their HELP goes unanswered just a mail that they received it.
Eventually spoke to Mohammed who says they are trying to source the item but when I placed my order they indicated and still indicates the item is In Stock.
Mohammed said I will hear from them today which I doubt but if I do I will follow up on this post

23 Mar 2022, 08:42I have just received correspondence from Mohammed from Mitzuma and unfortunately they have a problem and cant supply me until April and therefore they have requested my bank details in order to refund me.
