There smartbox is basically dumb. Since installation 2 weeks ago and having it replaced it is still not working. There robot is a total lier and I have to physically go to them to report the problem. Would have thought they would be aware if their not so smart box is working or not. Hopefully they will see this and get in touch with me as they dont otherwise.
My fibre stopped working on 23 Dec. Got ref No but no word from them. I unfortunately am stuck with this company. If I had a choice I would try someone else. My ADSL line was slow but more reliable.
I closed my account with Takealot today as they have taken 7 weeks of false promises to refund me R129.00 for a faulty micro SD card I returned and have accepted that I will not get a refund. I returned the item under MRRN-WZ5WG-N7YZ on 8 August and have communicated to close on 5 different agents and all they do is apologies for their stores failure which is not my problem and they should not even mention their store to me as all I need was a refund. I spent from 2018 a considerable sum with them from Printers, cellphones Tablets and many other items and estimate close on R50k was spent with them. I gave them 1 Star as I cant give them zero stars.
What a bunch of misfits. They are calling me for an account that was paid by the medical aid 2 years ago. They also send emails to a company I worked for 17 years ago trying to claim on a account that was paid. And they are also rude and I think it must be a bunch of low life lawyers who own the business.
What is this sudden upsurge in funeral broadcasting. No body want to see this and who are these dead people in any case. Seeing that you are ripping us subscribers off in any case open a stupid Funeral Channel and then those who want to can sit all day and watch dead being planted.
Placed an order and paid via EFT into their FNB account on 17 March 2022. They still indicate on their web site they are waiting for payment and I sent them a POP the same day. All correspondence on their HELP goes unanswered just a mail that they received it. Eventually spoke to Mohammed who says they are trying to source the item but when I placed my order they indicated and still indicates the item is In Stock. Mohammed said I will hear from them today which I doubt but if I do I will follow up on this post
Niche importers is a great online bussiness to deal with if you have spare cash that you would like to have stolen. They give a new meaning to the word professional thieves.
I am writing a new review as my previous review was found to breach the rules. As in my original review I ordered a Garmin Drive 61 lmt-s GPS and it was supposed to be delivered firstly on 24 Jan 22 but this date was then moved to a future date. I then tried to log onto their site to check on the delivery date and I have been blocked. It looks if the Niche site has been closed as other people also cant log on. I have contacted my bank who in turn will contact Niche bank which is FNB to try and retrieve my money. I don't think from the emails on hellopeter that I will be successful. I have opened a case. Rather stick to the recognized online purchasing companies and check reviews on hellopeter before you buy. If I am wrong and by some miracle my goods arrive I will apologize.
I ordered a Garmin Drive 61 LMT-S on 19 January 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 24 Jan. This morning I checked and the delivery date was moved to 27 January 2022. I just tried to access their website and I have been blocked. I smell a rat. It will teach me not to buy online before I check on Hellopeter first. Only got myself to blame. Hope their whole family get a virus called Covid and order Oxygen from me.
I entered into a 3 year contract on 11 March 2021 and was told that I would be contacted by an installer who would give me a date and time for the installation. I received a sms stating that my installation would be done today 13 March. No Call or appointment time and it is now 11H23 and I am waiting. The customer care, Sales and other departments are closed so no communication route is available. I AM CANCELING THIS CONTRACT. I had to give them one star as i could not progress further. I am within my cool off period so I am going to someone else.
