Great Attitude and Customer Service Intelligence

One thing i know for sure when calling my way i expect the funny and outspoken representative to ease me from the anger of paying the insurance and not claiming but premiums keep going up. i was Assisted by Precious and she couldn't reduce my premium, very politely escalated my call to Senior adviser Mpo Gift Molefe she managed to explain why i cant get the premium im looking for and tried to reduce my premium a little bit. and although i didn't get what i was looking for i am happy that i got the little and could save a bit and the service was just excellent. keep it up Ladies and know that we appreciate your work as the customers.
