Great Attitude and Customer Service Intelligence
One thing i know for sure when calling my way i expect the funny and outspoken representative to ease me from the anger of paying the insurance and not claiming but premiums keep going up. i was Assisted by Precious and she couldn't reduce my premium, very politely escalated my call to Senior adviser Mpo Gift Molefe she managed to explain why i cant get the premium im looking for and tried to reduce my premium a little bit. and although i didn't get what i was looking for i am happy that i got the little and could save a bit and the service was just excellent. keep it up Ladies and know that we appreciate your work as the customers.

No Delivery nor Refund
We were contacted by Tracy, made the purchase, paid R670. We were promised delivery in December 2015 before Christmas and it is already April 2016... No Delivery or refund. Can someone please respond or refund me.<br> <br>

MiWine scam
Received a call from MiWine consultant Tracy. Telesales for cominations of different types of wine. Received an invoice and could not pay immediately. Paid in December and since then have not received any wine, can't get hold of them by phone or email, and I have no idea how to get my refund. <br> Their details are as follows:<br> CDT Laurus Pty Ltd t/a MiWine<br> 011 845 7045/50<br> Email: [Email Removed]<br> Nedbank Merchant No: 2409316<br> <br> I have an invoice and proof of payment and would very much like to receive a refund.

Please be aware of this scam artist
Please be aware of this con artist working in the benoni area. His name is Clayton Viljoen.He sells wines of which he purchases from the bottle stores puts up a 100percent Mark up and distributes it to individual people. He takes their money and does not deliver the wines as promised. He ignores their emails and has gone to Dubai on holiday with the money he has stolen from many clients. Please be aware of this MAN<br>
