Pick n Pay online is consistently late with their deliveries, with no for of communication, no apologies etc. Time to go elsewhere - pointless wasting time and energy
Mobile app crash - and no response - call canter cannot help, telling me it is my fault! really - do not use! they are slightly cheaper for a reason!
Online orders take 11 days to process - after following up - finally when they try to make delivery, they do not have stock - what is the point - hours of wasted time buy elsewhere!
Incorrect order yet again, with delivery time double what is estimate as the max This is not the first time!
Zero communication - with no systems - need to give the same information every time for 2 weeks - they do not contact you, you need to contact them and the online information and the actual information differ. This is not the first time!
Poor communication regarding delivery times if you communicate you can manage expectations
My fitbit charge 3 - failed after 8 months - I returned it to Dischem and they do not give feedback - no idea of how long it will take to sort out etc. More than a week and no feedback. Incorrect information is provided when I try to call. FitBit in the USA indicated that it should have been replaced immediately! com on Dis-chem
Online orders - with absolutely no follow-up other than an automated email. A day after the supposed delivery - still no communication The call center takes 30 minutes to answer and they cannot do anything - they promise to follow-up but nothing happens. The chat function on the web does not work - pointless.
They do not come on time - rude, do not follow-up and call centre does not have info DO NOT USE
<p>Although car collection was poor, with the paperwork being wrong and the car not checked for damage prior to collection (I had to do it myself) - the real issue is that they over charged for fuel - the consumption of the vehcile on the day I hired it was twice what it should have been (and yes they quote the OEM figures which we all know are high) .</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway - they are not interested in discussing where the issue occured and will not provide the requested information of the consumption for the previous trip. I have had communication - but they fail to understand the issue at hand.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just though that anyone useing Bidvest Car Rentals shouls be aware and check your fuel consumption. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well - off to the company that I normally use.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
