I have been with Vodacom for over 5 years now. And never had the problem that I am sitting with. I took out a new contract in November 2022. My instruction to the in store consultant was to open a top up contract. It later came to my attention that instead of a top up contract, the consultant loaded an Open Line contract. I went to the store to try and rectify this as I noticed that I have been billed additional charges. There is something called Premium Rated SMS loaded on my contract and I don't know what this is or how it got onto my contract. I've called Vodacom multiple time trying to log a complaint and also get the Premuim rated SMS option cancelled from the already incorrect contract and I am not getting any HELP. Can some please assist in cancelling the incorrect contract that was loaded by your in store consultant and reloading the correct Top Up Contract that I initially wanted.
On the 16th October 2020 I was contacted by one of your sales consultants. Offered me a 10gig contract and he reassured me that my account will not be affected. I stated that I am currently paying alot for my contracts and that I'm not prepared to pay more than what I'm currently paying. I am now trying to cancel this contract as I noticed that my account went up with an extra R400. Now I'm being sent from pillar to post. From customer services to online from online to rewards and still no luck. The 031 533 3000 number that was given to me keeps dropping my calls before I can even speak to someone. Can I please cancel this contract. I am in no position to pay additional on my contract.
We were contacted by Tracy, made the purchase, paid R670. We were promised delivery in December 2015 before Christmas and it is already April 2016... No Delivery or refund. Can someone please respond or refund me.<br> <br>
