I have been waiting for my policy documents for the whole week up until now I haven't received anything and I urgently need them. They promise me that their customer care will call me, i am still waiting!!!
called miway to reduce my monthly premium and phemelo assisted with that. and im happy with wthat he offered!
Today (19.10.2018) I was at the library and wanted to go back home. Then my car decided that it will not start, I then called Miway for road assitance. My call was answered by a sweet lady named Sesi Phasha, she calmed me down and assisted me very well. She kept on checking up on me now and then while I was waiting for a breakdown. It came after 45 min, towed my car home and she still called to check if I'm home. Thank you Sesi, you are a star
