After having my car fixed by the Outsurance recommended servixe provider and having closed the claim case, my dealership noticed that there was an electronic unit was still broken. I called outsurance and the consultant, Rose Phoswa, was excellent. She communicated with me consistently until she received confirmation that the broken unit can be repaired by the dealer according to the quote provided. I was very surprised at how efficient this process was as I naturally expected the worst. Thank you Rose and Outsurance.
Received a call from MiWine consultant Tracy. Telesales for cominations of different types of wine. Received an invoice and could not pay immediately.
