I, unfortunately, went through a very traumatic miscarriage. I covered the costs of my gynae cash because guys, Affinity does not pay for much. Even their maternity benefits don't amount to much. Please be very weary of signing up with them. Right now I submitted my reimbur*****t claims and they have no sense of care or urgency. Every time I call they emphasize that it takes 30 days even though they have every document at their disposal. My experience was financially straining and I would have hoped that my medical insurance would at least try to ease that strain as soon as possible but they really don't care. I am so despondent.
I bought a bed on 30 November 2024 with the hope of getting a peaceful rest. Instead, I got an incredible nightmare. On 04 December 2024, I received a call from a delivery man saying that they were on their way and needed my address to deliver. Later they indicated that they were in Denelton and would be late. Then they were all of a sudden in Haartebees. At 22:30 they said that I should meet up with them and get the mattress in transit. Yes. A delivery man said we should meet up at night in exchange as though doing some drug deal. I raised this concern with Sleepmasters through their call centre. I called twice. The phone rang and I was on hold for a good 25/40 minutes each time. I raised this and requested immediate delivery. Not only was my experience not addressed, but these people still didn't deliver the mattress. They did NOTHING!!!! Today I decided rather than to further prolong this unpleasant situation, rather I request a refund and buy a bed elsewhere because Sleepmaster clearly doesn't care. I need a mattress urgently and these people have the audacity to tell me that they are going to take 7-14 days to refund me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This kind of response is on brand with their delivery man wanting to meet up and do evening meet-ups. SO *****!! SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND COMPLETELY VOID OF EMPATHY!!!! I am now without a bed. And have no money to go to another service provider to buy one because Sleepmaster wants to further grief by not paying me back timeously. Sleepmasters is the reason I am now having sleepless nights. Ironic isn't it?
The service was top-tier and so swift. The advisors were so empathetic and kind. I will never leave Outsurance.
Oh my goodness. The Astron Fuel station in Colbyn Pretoria (Stanza Bopape St ), smells so bad. And it has for too long, even when it was Caltex. They need to put in a proper ventilation system. Hopefully, now that it's under the Astron's ownership that will be handled. A place that sells food can not smell that bad, even the Seattle coffee can't mask the smell of rotting food and humidity.

I am giving Huawei one star because that's the lowest possible rating. they deserve far less. You know those worms at the bottom of the trash can, that fly that keeps roaming around you disturbing your peace. The lowest scum you can ever encounter. I handed my phone to the Menlyn branch for repairs. I was then advised to submit my proof of purchase to the claims department. Unfortunately, I was informed: "That sorry you are not covered for the free screen repairs because you didn't register for it." I have been a loyal Huawei customer for close to 8 years now and I have never experienced such contempt and disregard. I bought my phone from a reputable establishment- if the sales consultant neglected to notify me about the registration of the phone. Why must I be the one to suffer for a sales consultant not giving me information that would prevent me from being vulnerable? How can an organization as Huawei be so callous and malicious to a loyal customer who even through the confusion and quite frankly the restrictions of using Google as well as affiliated apps that are not even sometimes not available on the Huawei playstore remained a loyal customer to the brand- be disregarded like this? I am literally been shown the middle finger and told you are on your own babes.

Please whatever you do don't buy a car from Hyundai Zambezi. My dad bought a car from them cash and they within 6 months of purchase it had problems. My dad went to the store and a disrespectful guy by the name of Kagiso basically spat in my dad's face by saying they don't care about the damage and they would not fix it. My dad reported them to the Ombudsman and they were supposed to take the car do tests to ascertain what was the damage. They have used my dad's car to travel 87km while my dad is still awaiting feedback. Everytime he calls he is told that they are still checking. That deal is full of unscrupulous people who have no integrity. Please do not subject yourself to the pain and suffering my dad is going through right now. Do not buy from Hyundai Zambezi.
