pathetic service (NO SERVICE)
absolutely pathetic.... we have a door installed by them i phoned them for repair work, 3 times they simply just did not show up, not even notifying me. when i called them again the lady was very rude, and said they will not be helping us, and just got on another call and left the phone line open.

Bad service - Mizpah Doors
This company came to service our roller shutter door. After doing the work which was not approved I received a ridiculous invoice. According to them they serviced the door, but when I queried this they removed the service part from the invoice. I did not understand how you can change an invoice after the fact and queried that. According to Elvina she could not put the service part on the invoice as this will not make sense to her bookkeeper. (I still do not understand that) I do not know if Elvina is an employee or the owner of the company. I told her that I would not make use of their services again after the bad experience. Elvina even threatened that if I do not pay the amount in question she will send someone out to disengage the door. My dispute was that they did not have a job card, no authority to start work and now you want to damage the door if I do not pay. Now, not 2 months later the door is broken again. I phoned Mizpah doors again as they serviced this door less than 2 months ago. Elvina told me that I said I did not want to do business with them and then put the phone down in my ear. I am sitting with a broken roller shutter door, a company who does not back their so called service and they cannot be found anywhere on the internet other than 3 cellphone number which they do not answer when they see the call is coming from me. This is infuriating and now I have to pay someone else to fix bad workmanship.
