pathetic service (NO SERVICE)

absolutely pathetic....

we have a door installed by them

i phoned them for repair work, 3 times they simply just did not show up, not even notifying me.

when i called them again the lady was very rude, and said they will not be helping us, and just got on another call and left the phone line open.
