VERY BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM

Our office required a damaged lock to be repaired / replaced. I obtained the information for Lock Tec Locksmith off your site and requested a quote. A gentleman by the name of Jaco contacted me on WhatsApp number 0663211147 and he confirmed that the cost would be R650.00.

They came to our offices and repaired the lock and then invoiced us R5 0347.00 and refused to leave the office until we made payment. Their threatening aggressive behaviour intimidated the ladies in the office and to get them off our premises we paid.

I called the contact number on the invoice 0814049129 and a gentleman answered the call when I asked him to identify himself he refused. I continued with him trying to understand the invoiced amount - he would not justify his costs - he said that they are emergency locksmiths and that is their rate (even though the work was done in office hours). I further enquired why they had got so aggressive demanding the payment and he confirmed that this is his instruction to all his techs.

I registered on your site to find these services and feel that you have a duty to ensure that you do not offer services of this nature. How does a invoice differ so much from a quote. How can you allow this type of individual onto your "community" site - there is nothing community about this individual. He is condescending, aggressive and a highway thief.

Please would you give this matter your urgent attention and advise how we can get our refund without delay.

I am going to post this service on all social media sites that I can lay my hands on. This is dishonest!
