I have just had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jose ****ola at Momentum on behalf of a client who had a small geyser claim. I registered the claim with him telephonically, emailed the invoice and he returned my email confirming that the claim had been authorised and payment processed to the client. I have been trying since the beginning of January 2024 to obtain assistance on behalf a client who suffered a burglary. The client submitted a comprehensive claim form, proof of ownership and quotations for the ****** items on 01/02/2024. The service provider appointed to assist the client - did the exact opposite and they had to be taken off the claim. The claim then went to a Momentum in house investigator who met with the client on 21/02/2024 and we were promised that we would receive feedback regarding the finalisation of the claim on 08/03/2024 - we have tried escalating the claim, we have lodged complaints, we have tried to speak to the senior management team, but they don't take calls???????????? How do we resolve this claim if no one at Momentum who are in a position to provide an answer when we do not have access to their contact details!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about hiding in corner offices. As a broker in a very competitive market being let down by Momentum in this manner has caused us to lose this clients business which is a major blow to our business. Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I logged a call with Vodacom Tuesday 6th Feb 2024, I had lost internet connectivity on my Wi-Fi following loadshedding. After countless calls and spending an inordinate amount of time on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue it was agreed that a technician would be sent out to assist. The technician eventually came out on Thursday fiddled around with the box on the pavement and advised that all had been sorted!!!! NOT!!!! The box and router only work now during loadshedding (ironic) I have been trying to get a technician sent back to resolve whatever new issue the previous technician created but I cannot get anyone to assist - they all want to go through the troubleshooting list they have, why can a technician not be appointed to offer me assistance. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for +- 15 years, I have accepted multiple price increases - all I ask is for assistance and service - is that a ridiculous request?????????????????????????? Apparently!!!!!!!!!! Most unsatisfied - I am now forced to go to a competitor of Vodacom!!!
