They only mention one small fee to update your mtn plan, which they have full access to, and then when the bill arrives, you see a higher price than what you agree to. An extra R120 that i wasn't made aware of. And then PRENIECE PADAYACHEE states that it was stated in the T&Cs. Then just types out questions, asking if the customer was made aware of the R120 once off fee, and in the next line answering her own questions, saying yes, the customer agreed to it and was aware.
