I wanted to return the wrong jeans I received from Exact! Bash, and and the collection was scheduled for my last off day Monday the 12th Jan. Nobody pitched. I emailed and got an apology and was told that they'll follow up why why the courier never came. Next morning I received an sms saying that it couldn't be delivered but there were people at home. Still waiting with no feedback and the wrong jeans. Quick to accept orders but to rectify is a nightmare.
This company is dishonest and will **** you. They only mention one small fee to update your mtn plan, which they have full access to, and then when the bill arrives, you see a higher price than what you agree to. An extra R120 that i wasn't made aware of. And then PRENIECE PADAYACHEE states that it was stated in the T&Cs. Then just types out questions, asking if the customer was made aware of the R120 once off fee, and in the next line answering her own questions, saying yes, the customer agreed to it and was aware.
No proper customer service and have been waiting for my broken items to be exchanged only to get no response from this disgusting company
They're non responsive even though I've requested a return for refund with part of my online order. It's 6 days later and still nothing. I've emailed again and only got an automated response.
When ordering online I get to choose from a 6 month interest free option or 12 month interest bearing. I chose 12 month option for my last order so that I don't have high installments for festive, but my installment is R700+. I could've just as well chose the 6 month interest free option if I'm paying the same amount still. It doesn't make sense. Are you telling me the interest is R500+??????
I ordered shoes that was R83 but then I see i actually paid full price of R171 and it didn't allow me to place an order of more than 3 items, that's why I had to place a separate order but then I couldn't order for less than R400. But if it was combined with the first order it would have been more than 400 without me needing to add the extras
These ****mers said I can cancel my policy free of charge within the first month and then I cancelled, and they confirmed that no more debit orders will go off going further. But then at the end of the month they still made a debit order and haven't responded to my emails.
Ordered online the 11th Feb. Status has been on shipped since the 12th and it was said to be delivered in store the 19th of Feb. Today is the 21st feb and the day is over and all I've gotten was ******* feedback that hasn't solved anything and was told that the courrier only picked up the parcel the 14th, but I can see clearly where the parcel is stuck. Store collection never takes this long and now I'm just being told any ******* story to shut up.
R400 that I paid, didn't get a product on time, haven't gotten a refund or a response back. This company is a ****. Never order anything from them. How am I supposed to buy gifts if they won't give my gift money back on products they couldn't deliver.
This company like lying to you just to hush you up but in the mean time you'll wait for your order or refund. Biggest **** is Dorothy.
