Still waiting on refund due to me

So I have complained about Mobimoola and was told I will be getting a refund, I AM STILL WAITING!! You took money from me when you felt like it but I must wait for I don't know how long to get it back. This is ridiculous. If my money is not paid within the next 48 hours, there will be cops on your asses. Thank you and good luck.
