I am submitting this complaint to HelloPeter because the service was misleading and I want it cancelled immediately Request for Immediate Cancellation of Service and Debit Order

Good day,

I spoke to one of Mobisos consultants on Tuesday to request the cancellation of these services, as they were misrepresented to me by Blue Services. I was applying for a loan, not for these services, and I have since received the loan as stated.

I already have medical aid through Discovery Health, which covers all my needs. I do not require discounts or any additional services.

I was informed that the cancellation would be processed and that I would receive a confirmation email. To date, I have not received this email.

Please cancel the service immediately and stop the DebiCheck debit order of R159 This service is unwanted and was obtained under false and misleading pretences. Do not debit my account for this.

Kindly confirm in writing once the cancellation is complete and the debit order has been stopped.
