hydraulics refuses to refund my money and they do not have the item. ****MERS

I recently bought an item online from Hydraulics, and I received an email that the item was no longer available because of the size, and that they would refund me my money. Almost two weeks now a lady by the name Talia has been taking me from pillar to post claiming that my refund has been processed and I sent her emails requesting proof and even enquiring about my refund, she avoids my emails. I bought this item on the 15th August, Its the 25th and no word, my refund nothing, response to emails dololo. Hydraulics online are ****mers! do not buy there.

I have take the decision to go raid the store and take anything for the value of my money because it does not look like I will ever get my refund anytime soon or ever.
