I have never experienced such disgusting customer service; from any hydraulics store. I frequent the stores and have always received great service and always left the stores with more than one item. However today was not such a wonderful experience; it was down right rude, and unprofessional behaviour. We wear a mask not because we r sick but the pandemic left us loosing so many members so we as a family have opted to wear our masks. As I enter the store on the top inside sandton next to Karl a man that works for hydraulics tells asks me y I’m wearing a mask then I’m not allowed to wear a mask, then he goes on to tell me he’s going to spray everything. This is prejudice down right because there are people not wearing masks coughing and not asked the vice. I asked for his name he tells his name is irrelevant I don’t need it. I told him I need it to complain. His manager gets involved and agreed that his behaviour was not great. He asked him to apologise and he gave me the most insincere sorry mam. I won’t shop in this store again; and I really hope you guys can offer some sort of training on what’s cordial customer service. Also name tags is a thing! I’m totally disgusted
