Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unhygienic

I had initially signed up for a package at Moimooi Spa through one of their former employees, under the impression that it was a one-year subscription. I stopped using their services months ago due to their lack of professionalism and poor hygiene standards. The facilities were far from clean, and overall, the experience was disappointing.

To my surprise, I received a call this morning claiming that I owe money for an ongoing subscription—something I never agreed to beyond the original term. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of reliable communication: their phone lines are often down, and they don't even provide an alternative email address for customer support.

I would not recommend Moimooi Spa to anyone. Based on my experience, it seems they are more interested in trapping clients into unclear billing practices than offering quality service. A hygiene specialist should genuinely inspect this establishment.
