Mislead and wrong information
It has come to our attention that statements broadcast on Moja Love and on the X Repo program have portrayed Scarlitron Pty Ltd as a dishonest company that de*****s individuals and communities. These allegations are false, damaging, and have harmed our reputation and the trust we have built while providing services to communities across South Africa. Requested Actions We demand that Moja Love and X Repo immediately prepare, publish, and broadcast the following: - A written apology and retraction that clearly states Scarlitron Pty Ltd was not involved in the matters alleged and that the prior statements were incorrect. - A media statement to be published on Moja Love’s official platforms and read on the X Repo program that corrects the record and clarifies that Scarlitron Pty Ltd is not implicated in the allegations previously aired. - Placement and prominence: He apology and media statement must be given the same prominence and reach as the original allegations (televised segment and posted on the same social channels). To assist, we are prepared to provide a short, factual suggested text for the apology and media statement upon request. Timing and Conditions We require that the apology and media statement be written, published, and broadcast within 24 hours of receipt of this letter. This matter is to be handled peacefully; we are not seeking escalation if the requested corrective action is taken promptly and in good faith. Next Steps if Not Comp**** With If the requested apology and media statement are not published within the 24‑hour period, Scarlitron Pty Ltd will consider further steps to protect its reputation and the interests of the communities we serve. We prefer an amicable resolution and reiterate that our current request is for a peaceful correction and public clarification only. Dear Sir /Mandam... Between March and April 2025 i went to asked help at MOJALOVE offices in Johannesburg {ROSEBANK} Province of Gauteng. What was the matter one of the security companies in KRUGERSDORP {INTERACTIVE SECURITY CONSULTANTS CC} they ******* also ***** employees monies. So they took my contact details and they didn't contact me up until August 2025. I done everything they demanded from me in August 2025 i went back to the MOJALOVE offices in ROSEBANK, JOHANNESBURG PROVINCE OF GAUTENG up until now there's no response no call no nothing. So i would like to know that what they need to the people so that they can assist people? Because i done everything but there's no response about my matter. My X company they even deduct monies for PROVIDENT FUNDS but employees are not registered at PSSPF {SALT} {PENSION FUNDS ADJUDICATORS} Can you please assist me with this matter? Don't trust Xolani X Repo Moja Love
These guys are as big bull****ters as the rest the car ****mers like Mac Horn and Mac Auto. They were supposed to help and promise that its all for free. Then they ask for R5000 for fuel just to get the cameras etc there, telling you, you will get it back. You pay. Then, there is a story and they want another R5000. Thats where I stopped. And then you don't hear from them again. Dont trust Xolani X Repo Moja Love 076 320 9484. I think the videos they produce are all nonsense

Moja Prepaid are u a scan?
Last year July - August 2024 I did not pay my wifi and in September when I wanted to reconnect they said I must pay R250 admin Fee and R320 which I did and they never reconnected up until this year May 2025, June when I wanted to top up asked the link to top up I was told I must pay R300 admin fee first before R350 and I asked what was it for because I paid and it was never reconnected they said when last did I pay I have been using the internet from last year the free, when I trying to explain the person helping me on whatsapp 073 479 0624 became rude, I ended up getting the link from my old messages and paid on the 8 June 2025. yesterday it stopped working I whatsapp the number again and explained that my wifi is not working and they say I must pay R300 admin fee I ask them again admin fee or wifi fee they say admin fee because its applicable after 5 days of the customer not topping up but its not even the 8th yet to re top up when I ask for the number to speak to someone the person says no number. I fee that they are rude because they are not interested in solving this matter I have emails and whatsapp messages to prove all this communications from last year
