I would like to complain about KFC of ULTRA CITY IN MONTROSE N3, TIME IT WAS 00:05 up until 00:35 we are not happy at all about their customer services. Plus there was a long Q cashier it was only one, how come one cashier at busy time because in the middle night there's lot of buses and lot of customers they will left their orders because they rush to their buses. Can you please add 2 to 3 cashiers for better customer service?
0/10 They always demand respect to the employees while they don't know what is respect, If you fail to respect employee's so what you expect from the employees? They deduct money for their UNIFORMS, They supposed to schedule employees 18 shifts of working days exclude Sundays and Holidays instead of that they busy schedule 18 shifts including Sundays and Holidays because they don't want to pay overtime for Sundays and Holidays, After that they deduct monies from employee's salaries as short shifts for basic salary. They also have 11 months of contracts. So we are surprised about that because according SA GAZETTE we only know 3 months of contracts and 6 months of contracts after that 6 months of contracts employees will be automatically permanently. The big question where they found this 11 months of contracts? Why they schedule employees less than 18 shifts of working days? Why they include Sundays and holidays on their 18 shifts when they are schedule employees? This company are busy using employees {******** DEDUCTIONS, UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES} What i mean about that this company they hired me on the 02 November 2021 January 2023 they promoted me from the GATE ACCESS CONTROL TO CONTROLROOM OPERATOR (CCTV OPERATOR) from January 2023 up until July 2024 they failed to change rate from the GATE ACCESS CONTROL to CCTV OPERATOR's RATE. Instead of changing rate they decided to gave me MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF R1000. There are lots wrongful inside the company, THEY ARE BUSY DEDUCTING EMPLOYEES MONIES AS PROVIDENT FUNDS BUT AT PSSPF {SALT} WHILE THE EMPLOYEES VISIT TO PSSPF {SALT} TO THEIR STATEMENTS THEY FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED BY THEIR COMPANY.
