On 2025-0928 at14:00, one of Night Guards vehicles thought he was more important than pedestrians and parked on the pavement in King Dinizulu Road South Bulwer , Glenwood Durban , and then after a while drove up the pavement with No Regard pedestrians. I sent and an email to Night Guard on there official website, not even a reply. From such a respectable company???!!!! They need to sort out there Durban operation.

Bedford Centre Night Guard Threaten Customers
Once again, I have been intimated by a guard, who was so disrestful to me and then another guard. I come there almost every day even after the last issue. I will go elsewhere from now, absolutely scarey and intimidating. What would anchor tenants like pick no pay and Woolies think if they knew this is how customers are treated. All the best, we will shop elsewhere going forward.

False Car theft allegations at Sandton city Parking
Today , I had one of the worst days experiences ever with Night guard security guard in Sandton Ba*****t parking . I was literally held hostage and unable to proceed with my shopping, as the night guard security guards **** about my car being wanted for a Suspicious ******** activity , the scene was horrifying and appalling. I had to call My Insurance and Private security to intervene . The Centre Manager as Sandton P1 Parking needs to look at the disgusting behavior of the manager of Night Guard. You **** about calling the cops on. Had My Insurance not dispatched Private security , being held hostage wouldn't have ended. Pathetic Behavior over false allegations of My car being involved on car theft incidents. - I WILL BE SUING FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. YOU TREATED ME LIKE A ********!?? FALSE CAR THEFT ALLEGATIONS AT SANDTON CITY

Unprofessional company from the bottom up.
Very unprofessional company ever they sometimes don't pay employees without reason for more than 7 days they don't care about people even their head office people there will refuse to give their names and will definitely not assist.

SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING
We have Night Guard in our estate and the guards there are fantastic - they are polite, happy helpful etc. BUT the offices are another matter - when your alarm goes off they phone you and check if you are okay and ask for a password - if the password in incorrect they are meant to send someone BUT I have tested them and used incorrect passwords and they have NEVER sent an Armed Response. Also the times I am told that the armed response are not allowed on the property - what is the point of that. I have discussed this with them a couple of times and promised they would sort it out but NOTHING has changed - I could be dead for all they know. I would not recommend them for anything

Complaint on Duran Dixon
I have had such an unpleasant experience with Duran Dixon from Night Guard. I had my belongings stollen from The Paddocks complex and I believe he is responsible for providing cctv footage for such incidents. This incident happened on the 13th of June, and he was alerted on the 14th (the next day). He has completely ignored my follow-ups, the last I heard from him on the 13th of June was that he could not assist me on that day, didnt inform me when he would be able to assist or why he cant assist Poor service really for such a sensitive matter
