DEAR CEO OF NIGHT GUARD SECURITY COMPANY... CAN YOU PLEASE TEACH YOUR CCTV OPERATORS?? MORE ESPECIAL THE MALE CCTV OPERATOR OF 22ND OF SEPTEMBER 2025 TIME : 14H00 - 16:30. WHAT AN AGGRESSIVE CCTV OPERATOR, WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL CCTV OPERATOR, WHAT PATHETIC BEHAVIOR OF CCTV OPERATOR . AS CUSTOMERS OF NORTHGATE SHOPPING CENTER {NORTHGATE MALL} WE FEEL LIKE WE ARE NOT WELCOME AT NORTHGATE MALL JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR NORTHGATE MALL CCTV OPERATORS. IF YOU SEAT OUTSIDE OF THE MALL THEY SEND SECURITY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEAT OUTSIDE OF THE MALL SO YOU GO INSIDE THE MALL. WHEN YOU GO TO SEAT INSIDE THE MALL YOUR CCTV OPERATOR'S THEY EVEN LIMIT OUR TIME TO SEAT INSIDE. WHY IS THAT? LIMIT OUR TIME FOR WHAT? ARE THEY MONITORING CAMERAS AND WRONG THINGS INSIDE THE MALL OR ARE THEY MONITORING CUSTOMERS AND BUSY ABUSING NORTHGATE MALL CUSTOMERS??? CAN YOU PLEASE TEACH YOUR CCTV OPERATORS {CONTROLROOM OPERATOR'S } MORE ESPECIAL MALE CCTV OPERATOR OF THE 22ND OF SEPTEMBER 2025. THAT CCTV OPERATOR HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO OPERATE AT THE MOMENT HE NEED CLASSES CCTV OPERATOR HE WAS AN UNPROFESSIONAL CCTV OPERATOR BUSY SHOUTING OVER THE RADIO {DEVICES} "THAT CUSTOMER IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE HE/SHE SEATED THERE. Bedford Centre Night Guard Threaten Customers
Once again, I have been intimated by a guard, who was so disrestful to me and then another guard. I come there almost every day even after the last issue. I will go elsewhere from now, absolutely scarey and intimidating. What would anchor tenants like pick no pay and Woolies think if they knew this is how customers are treated. All the best, we will shop elsewhere going forward.

False Car theft allegations at Sandton city Parking
Today , I had one of the worst days experiences ever with Night guard security guard in Sandton Ba*****t parking . I was literally held hostage and unable to proceed with my shopping, as the night guard security guards **** about my car being wanted for a Suspicious ******** activity , the scene was horrifying and appalling. I had to call My Insurance and Private security to intervene . The Centre Manager as Sandton P1 Parking needs to look at the disgusting behavior of the manager of Night Guard. You **** about calling the cops on. Had My Insurance not dispatched Private security , being held hostage wouldn't have ended. Pathetic Behavior over false allegations of My car being involved on car theft incidents. - I WILL BE SUING FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. YOU TREATED ME LIKE A ********!?? FALSE CAR THEFT ALLEGATIONS AT SANDTON CITY

Unprofessional company from the bottom up.
Very unprofessional company ever they sometimes don't pay employees without reason for more than 7 days they don't care about people even their head office people there will refuse to give their names and will definitely not assist.
