Once again, I have been intimated by a guard, who was so disrestful to me and then another guard. I come there almost every day even after the last issue. I will go elsewhere from now, absolutely scarey and intimidating. What would anchor tenants like pick no pay and Woolies think if they knew this is how customers are treated. All the best, we will shop elsewhere going forward.
I generally enjoy the food at Primi so I made my way specifically to Primi Eastgate and was at the the door at 9:55 in the morning and they turned me away and said they only open at 10:30, strange to me as the the websites confirm they open at 9 and if you have a breakfast menu then why open at lunch or brunch. Anyway what are the actual operating hours so we don't inconvenience ourselves and go somewhere else. I eventually went Piatto across from Primi. I hope the feedback is relevant.
Hi This is a complaint and a lack of service and poor response. I called adt to come look around the premises and the patrol came through but said they not get in, I was not called and did not even know they were there. I called back and then it took over 2 hours for a response. Very disappointed as anything could of happened in that. What kind of protection are we paying for?

My issue is that this product was worth about almost 10k or so when I bought it if the battery was known to be defective by samsung at that time then why was I not contacted about this, now it is up to me pay R500 for a new battery...this is extremely dissapointing. I also tweeted it but I guess your media person has better things to do than respond to a customers issues...TCF Samsung.
