Last year July - August 2024 I did not pay my wifi and in September when I wanted to reconnect they said I must pay R250 admin Fee and R320 which I did and they never reconnected up until this year May 2025, June when I wanted to top up asked the link to top up I was told I must pay R300 admin fee first before R350 and I asked what was it for because I paid and it was never reconnected they said when last did I pay I have been using the internet from last year the free, when I trying to explain the person helping me on whatsapp 073 479 0624 became rude, I ended up getting the link from my old messages and paid on the 8 June 2025. yesterday it stopped working I whatsapp the number again and explained that my wifi is not working and they say I must pay R300 admin fee I ask them again admin fee or wifi fee they say admin fee because its applicable after 5 days of the customer not topping up but its not even the 8th yet to re top up when I ask for the number to speak to someone the person says no number. I fee that they are rude because they are not interested in solving this matter I have emails and whatsapp messages to prove all this communications from last year
