Moja Prepaid are u a scan?
Last year July - August 2024 I did not pay my wifi and in September when I wanted to reconnect they said I must pay R250 admin Fee and R320 which I did and they never reconnected up until this year May 2025, June when I wanted to top up asked the link to top up I was told I must pay R300 admin fee first before R350 and I asked what was it for because I paid and it was never reconnected they said when last did I pay I have been using the internet from last year the free, when I trying to explain the person helping me on whatsapp 073 479 0624 became rude, I ended up getting the link from my old messages and paid on the 8 June 2025. yesterday it stopped working I whatsapp the number again and explained that my wifi is not working and they say I must pay R300 admin fee I ask them again admin fee or wifi fee they say admin fee because its applicable after 5 days of the customer not topping up but its not even the 8th yet to re top up when I ask for the number to speak to someone the person says no number. I fee that they are rude because they are not interested in solving this matter I have emails and whatsapp messages to prove all this communications from last year

Filling to reconnect even though Admin fee was paid
On the 2 September 2024 I paid R320 for Wifi reconnection and their said I must pay R250 Admin Fees which I did and I have send them proof of payment, they said it will take days working days but it was never reopened. I tried to make follow up and till this day its not working and they are ignoring my whatsApp

Deduction from R350 government grant
would like clientele to conceal the policy they made under my son and I don't know how they did that as he is not working depending on R350 grand which they took money from' how can they register somebody who is not working can't read it is illegal and also request a refund.

Roofing without plastic
The houses they build does not have plastic on the Roof and when there is a dust it becomes dusty in the house, the new project that they are doing at soweto it is not good people are not happy, can they atleast go there and inspect those houses and stop saying its low cost because we are still paying lots of money

My African dream
#win We often complain about services and companies but today I want to write about something different, I would like to thank Angela Allan and Rufus Ledwaba. I when I started working for them I had no matric and working as a cleaner, one day Angela called me and asked me why I did not finish school and she told me to go and register and I did that they helped me with fees they even made my matric date special, I am an Office administrator and Assistant bookkeeper today because of them and I want to say thank you

#win While I was building I bought materials at Rezmad they had put wrong and extra materials and when u take them back they charge you 10% I feel it is not fair because when you return them u pay for delivery and most of the time its not even your fault.

Was buying a low cost house a mistake
<div> #win Bought a bond house at Lufhereng I feel like that is the worse mistake I did because of everything going wrong from first month, leaking geyser, bathroom and rats in the house drain blockage, windows put dust and many more. As if that was not enought we have water bill that we must pay they never told that from first day that when they start building our houses we are the ones who must pay that bill</div>

Certificates
I did my course with Victory training collage N4,N5 and N6. I only received N4 certificate. Everytime I asked them About my certificate they says department says system show irregularities for N6 certificate, I passed communications and Office practice only then I last year june 2015 I wrote legal practice and information processing after suspension.and for N5 and I pass all subject at the same time but there is no certificate . I'm so angry cause I send thousands of rand in that course. You are my last hope please help
