Return of Goods
Worst service ever. I recently purchase ceiling boards, cornice and some few other items but was denied a refund for the left over goods which were in a perfect condition. I work from Monday till Saturday and don't have the time to go there and request for a refund myself so I send my driver of who I had to pay twice on two separate occasion trying to get my refund but the so called owner declined and said we had to bring the card we used to purchase, even though he was given a slip. I also called the shop asking about their return policy and no one mention anything about having to bring a card to return goods. I even offered to send the owner a copy of my ID, card number and a bank statement as proof but that fell on death ears. I've dealt with a lot of hardware and had never experience this type of incompetence. Lesson learnt

Return of Goods

I would like to thank the staff of Rezmad Build ( Cashiers who was quick to report I forgot her name but you can check the receipt number) for a swift response in helping me to obtain my order without any glitches. I was given my stock and they took responsibility in tracking the culprit and they will give me a call once the culprit tries to obtain my stock illegally.Thanks to Ibrahim for understanding my plight.
