Moja Are ******

We made a payment of R390 on the 31st of October 2024 for wifi for a month. I'd like to say that today is the 27th of November 2024 and we still don't have connectivity. Moja Prepaid has been behaving like ****mers who take people's money. Whey complaints are made "no refund' Ts & Cs are sent through to prevent the customer from requesting a reimbur*****t.

We have been fighting Moja Prepaid for a solid month now. The level of incompetency and neglect of customers is truly **********!!! I've never seen anything like it.

Watch out when considering their services. Your money will be taken with no services randered!!!!
