I've been with Deriv for some time now. Things were good until they started their shananigans. Firstly it was issues with withdrawals. That got sorted out after some strenuous back and forth. Now, it's issues with irregular overcharges on swap-free accounts. I just had an incident where they were charging every minute for 1 hour 30 minutes on my swap free account. This triggered stop outs. Tickets were created and investigations were done. And now they don't want to reinstate the trading account back to where it was prior to them inducing stop outs. Deriv is a **** guy. Take heed.
Deriv has become a pain in the ass. I never experienced the issues I'm now experiencing. They are now acting like ****mers. First, I couldn't transfer funds from my wallets a trading account. I was told that my documents have expired and that I need to update. I did that and the "transfer" option was activated. Now, I cannot withdraw. I've lost count of the number of consultants I spoke to. All manner of runarounds was given. Screen recordings were shared. It's now day 3 and I still can't withdraw. Deriv must be exposed on every social platform for these *****ed and ****mer-like ways.
Terrible spreads. Pure daylight *******. They also take half of what you close on winning trades. On top of that withdrawals are hell on earth. Stay away from this broker.
We made a payment of R390 on the 31st of October 2024 for wifi for a month. I'd like to say that today is the 27th of November 2024 and we still don't have connectivity. Moja Prepaid and Vumatel been behaving like ****mers who take people's money. Whey complaints are made "no refund' Ts & Cs are sent through to prevent the customer from requesting a reimbur*****t. We have been fighting both Moja Prepaid and Vumatel for a solid month now. The level of incompetency and neglect of customers is truly **********!!! I've never seen anything like it. Watch out when considering their services. Your money will be taken with no services randered!!!!
