After signing a lease agreement back in 2013,i was warned by the previous parties and tenants about the bad service provided, 2020 Covid had a huge inpact on the economy and various companies struggled yo stay adrif, yet my lease was Altered and strict rules apply, as we know the SA economy is failing and most tenants suffer to keep up, well my notice was delivered and 30days given to vacate the property, the repairs done by the so called experts is appauling and surely this will be for my account, Lindy Watson has had a personal vandetta against me, and the constant demands with, our lady forgot to pay your utility bills inbtime was for my account, the geyer replacement, my account, the roof repair and water damaged was done by grade 2's, ive spend thousands on repairs, electrical, new lights not globes but lights, painted the house, added a patio, trimmed the trees, yet i was treated like white trash.
