I cannot believe people can rob my money daylight. I stay in one of their properties in Benoni Morehill. COVENT GARDENS. I paid R15000.00 deposit. I gave them notice on 1st Feb 2024 and move out on 2nd March. I sent all documents that was required for my deposit. Yesterday when asking about status of my refund this is the answer that I received from Lindy Good afternoon Please find deposit refund breakdown attached. There is no money due back to you yet as we are still waiting for the final utilities account. Once we receive the final account for March we will refund any leftover money back to you I am now charged R5000.00 for utilities and I never pay more that R2000.00 of utilities while staying there. This is like *********** my money. So in this country is survival of the fittest the rich one will stay rich the poor will always stay poor. Imagine loosing the whole R15000.00 just like that Is a big loss.Unbelievable people are too cruel. I am not happy about this at all. I am ******.

Oh my what a terrible experience! If I had come to Hellopeter first I would have not used the company. Many people having the same issues. Definitely ongoing poor service delivery. Been a tiring and very frustrating rental experience. Poor quality handover from agents, poor information as to property and many maintenance issues. Communication and feedback is extremely poor. I will not refer or advise anybody to use this company going forward. I have a 12 month contract to wrestle through unfortunately.

Oh my what a terrible experience! If I had come to Hellopeter first I would have not used the company. Many people having the same issues. Definitely ongoing poor service delivery. Been a tiring and very frustrating rental experience. Poor quality handover from agents, poor information as to property and many maintenance issues. Communication and feedback is extremely poor. AFTER ONE WHOLE YEAR We are STILL waiting for a refund from Monarch. Mandy has promised a refund, lawyers are now involved and still no refund. Do the right thing and refund the money for 51 Roets Street, you have basically ****** the money. You know you owe the money but avoid the whole thing. I think it's time to name and shame on Facebook. Pay up Mandy, you were super quick to take the money upfront so give us a call and make an arrangement. R28070 incase you have forgotten

4 months later since moving in there apartment I am still struggling with maintenance issues since day of move in. Toilets are not functioning well, my bath tub is broken my kitchen cabinets are damaged doors are not functional but I am expected to pay rent every single month. I have sent countless emails to the maintenece team including the person that got me this rental from Monarch and Stockton and its excuse over excuse regarding there internal processes and affairs over why they cannot fix broken things in my apartment. Monarch and Stockton does not care about there customers nor our well being, they main focus is money whilst there quality of work is absolutrly disgusting, emotionally draining and exhausting. Not sure how the two organization are merged but I have dealt with both agencies and they are horrible. Whether you want to rent or buy a house do not use this agent based on the hell I am currently experiencing.

4 months later since moving in there apartment I am still struggling with maintenance issues since day of move in. I have had the worst experience dealing with this agency. They are not productive, lack taking accountability for anything especially with tenants meaning that they give the owner of the apartments a bad name as they fail in managing rental properties. Whether it comes to repairs, nothing gets fixed and accounts well nothing is sent on time so I can pay on the day agreed upon

They are the worst and most dishonest rental company we have ever used! They take money off your deposit to clean carpets and they never clean them, they claim money off deposits to apparently fix the unit and never do the painting or repairs. We where with them for over a year and complained about a leaking toilet, roof and kitchen tap which never got fix even after we left. Now they want to take money off our deposit to fix these things and repaint the unit accusing us of putting in nails and holes in the walls that where there when we moved in! They are a bunch of sharks and people need to stay away from them and fight for their money that they are stealing. They think they have the monopoly in the area and are invincible against tenants!

After signing a lease agreement back in 2013,i was warned by the previous parties and tenants about the bad service provided, 2020 Covid had a huge inpact on the economy and various companies struggled yo stay adrif, yet my lease was Altered and strict rules apply, as we know the SA economy is failing and most tenants suffer to keep up, well my notice was delivered and 30days given to vacate the property, the repairs done by the so called experts is appauling and surely this will be for my account, Lindy Watson has had a personal vandetta against me, and the constant demands with, our lady forgot to pay your utility bills inbtime was for my account, the geyer replacement, my account, the roof repair and water damaged was done by grade 2's, ive spend thousands on repairs, electrical, new lights not globes but lights, painted the house, added a patio, trimmed the trees, yet i was treated like white trash. Would i recommend you NO! FOR THE NEW TENANTS, YOUR VIEWING TIME CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE ONCE MY INSPECTION IS DONE, AND MY DEPOSIT REFUNDED IN FULL. ASK Jeremy when is his in tentions to fix the sliding doors fron 6 years ago thats still not attended to.

Had very bad service from Monarch rentals in Benoni, they charge us for exit inspection even if we dont exit, property had been sold and we staying on as tenant with the new owner. they are the worst ever property rental agents, we are renting with them for close to 10 years and every year they just become more worst with ever changing stuff to fill their pockets, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had very bad service from Monarch rentals in Benoni, they charge us for exit inspection even if we dont exit, property had been sold and we staying on as tenant with the new owner. they are the worst ever property rental agents, we are renting with them for close to 10 years and every year they just become more worst with ever changing stuff to fill their pockets, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
