After having multiple arrangements with individuals regarding payments and when it will be made, I still get contacted by the call center staff at least 4 if not 5 times a day. This is pure harassment and no way to follow up on payment arrangements have been already finalized.
4 months later since moving in there apartment I am still struggling with maintenance issues since day of move in. Toilets are not functioning well, my bath tub is broken my kitchen cabinets are damaged doors are not functional but I am expected to pay rent every single month. I have sent countless emails to the maintenece team including the person that got me this rental from Monarch and Stockton and its excuse over excuse regarding there internal processes and affairs over why they cannot fix broken things in my apartment. Monarch and Stockton does not care about there customers nor our well being, they main focus is money whilst there quality of work is absolutrly disgusting, emotionally draining and exhausting. Not sure how the two organization are merged but I have dealt with both agencies and they are horrible. Whether you want to rent or buy a house do not use this agent based on the hell I am currently experiencing.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this agency. They are not productive, lack taking accountability for anything especially with tenants meaning that they give the owner of the apartments a bad name as they fail in managing rental properties. Whether it comes to repairs, nothing gets fixed and accounts well nothing is sent on time so I can pay on the day agreed upon

Rage has been failing to update my credit score since January 2022 and that time my account has been fully paid up twice (I have proof of payments available). Every time I try to contact someone from customer care there is no answer and when someone decides to answer the phone there are excuses on why no one is unable to answer nor assist me with my issue. Today's (03 November 2022) excuse why someone from accounts cannot assist me is because they are under staff and they are extremely. I have been holding on a ringing phone for an answer and no one in customer care is available for at least 30 mins. This account is ruining my credit score and rage seems to not care at all and has no interest in fixing there errors. This is very disappointing from such a large organization and the poor assistance I have received from the team is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
So my decor malfunctioned due to technical issues from the decor and not mine, and I contacted call center to assist me when it comes to resetting it as I thought that would work. Unfortunately it did not and I was told to go to my nearest DSTV agent that is in Springs for further assistance. As yesterday was a public holiday they closed early which I understood, today I took time away from my working hours to go to the agency and only to find that staff in the branch has placed the most unprofessional note outside their door that they had a flooding which from my side I couldn't see any evidence of any flooding. I tried to explain to the lady that stood at the door the distance I have traveled as my decor is not working what so ever, I begged and pleaded with the lady to please assist me as I cannot drive such a long distance without taking the time from my working hours and with the worst attitude ever she said no and that time I saw they where still busy with other customers inside and I just needed a new decoder as mine is ruined. The service I received was disgusting and inconsiderate of my current situation.
