I've had the pleasure of staying in my property for 5 years, and I can honestly say that the experience wouldn't have been the same without the incredible team managing it. From start to finish, they have been nothing short of amazing - always efficient, incredibly helpful and consistently responsive. Whether it was handling maintenance requests, answering queries or assisting with paperwork, they were quick to act and always professional. It's rare to find agents/consultants who genuinely care and go the extra mile.

Received one of the worst services from Yolande Welmans. She gave a notice of rental increase 5 days before the rent was due. I informed her that it is ******* to inform a tenant 5 days before. According to the law, it should be at least a month. She was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She knows nothing about tenant law and employer should teach her before she interacts with tenants. D

You think the circus show on American Horror Stories is bad, try Stockton Benoni. It's worse than a circus with them. Rude, *********** staff who just want to hand you over to the next person to assist with your queries. Email answers are nothing short of ridulous in the time it takes to respond to you and it takes them FOREVER to fix anything in the property that you are renting. Payback your full deposit upon exiting? HA! Forget about it. They will ALWAYS try find something to hold onto your deposit as long as they can. I honestly dont know how a company can function like this, and trust me, the rude staff and long waits for email responses are just the tip of the iceburg. So glad i chose to go through an owner for renting. Stockton is not worth the paper their name is printed on.

4 months later since moving in there apartment I am still struggling with maintenance issues since day of move in. Toilets are not functioning well, my bath tub is broken my kitchen cabinets are damaged doors are not functional but I am expected to pay rent every single month. I have sent countless emails to the maintenece team including the person that got me this rental from Stockton and its excuse over excuse regarding there internal processes and affairs over why they cannot fix broken things in my apartment. Stockton does not care about there customers nor our well being, they main focus is money whilst there quality of work is absolutrly disgusting, emotionally draining and exhausting. Whether you want to rent or buy a house do not use this agent based on the hell I am currently experiencing.
