What a joke,here a timeline -3 March contacted them to take over fibre from previous tenant. " you need to wait until you in premise" fast forward to - 1 April moved in and contact them after multiple call finally get someone on line "unable to take over as previous tenants has already cancelled" ok so I sign up for new service . " we will send email". -2 April no email contact them again multiple times before "oh the person typed in email address incorrect" now corrected and get mail. pay for connection and install. receive SMS order placed with TTconnect for install -4 April phone TTconnect, "sir no order was placed", phone webafrica for reference number. " we have not placed the order as yet as process is still pending, it will take 21 Days". contradicting their documentation (7 days) and what i was told on 1 April (2-3 days). wanted to avoid all this wait that is why i well in advance nearly a month before required started the process.
