Worst Property Agent in South Africa

4 months later since moving in there apartment I am still struggling with maintenance issues since day of move in.

Toilets are not functioning well, my bath tub is broken my kitchen cabinets are damaged doors are not functional but I am expected to pay rent every single month. I have sent countless emails to the maintenece team including the person that got me this rental from Stockton and its excuse over excuse regarding there internal processes and affairs over why they cannot fix broken things in my apartment.

Stockton does not care about there customers nor our well being, they main focus is money whilst there quality of work is absolutrly disgusting, emotionally draining and exhausting.

Whether you want to rent or buy a house do not use this agent based on the hell I am currently experiencing.
