Had very bad service from Monarch rentals in Benoni, they charge us for exit inspection even if we dont exit, property had been sold and we staying on as tenant with the new owner. they are the worst ever property rental agents, we are renting with them for close to 10 years and every year they just become more worst with ever changing stuff to fill their pockets, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just got under my attention that vodacom, without my notice extended my contract term from 24 months to 29 months. I just upgraded 24 month contract and a month later I noticed that my contract term is 29months
Bad advertising on customer service, Vodacom suck at service and the lack thereof. Trying to contact service centre, holding on the line listing to there terible music, they say to rate their service after the call. after 10 min holding just get cut off, how can we rate the no service if there is no oppertunity to rate the terrible/ no service
Nedbank operating at double standards and put the blame on the system.
Ive send a p****l from Jhb on wednesday 17/04/2019 to East London, They arrured me my p****ll will be deliverd by Tuesday 23/04/2019 due to long weekend. I contaced Eastlondon Branch they told me it will be deliverd only Wednesday 24/04/2019 as they do not have avalible drivers. This is very bad service for a company this size
Rental service are excellent. Accounts are Terrible, My credit profile has been updated incorrectly for 2018. I'm trying to get this sorted for about 4 months with no positive results.
South Africa worst service provider, 2nd time I'm receiving a sms notification saying Im due for an upgrade, when I do call them they are full of excuses and tell you its a technical error. never I had such terrible service from a network provider
