Oh my what a terrible experience! If I had come to Hellopeter first I would have not used the company. Many people having the same issues. Definitely ongoing poor service delivery. Been a tiring and very frustrating rental experience. Poor quality handover from agents, poor information as to property and many maintenance issues. Communication and feedback is extremely poor. I will not refer or advise anybody to use this company going forward. I have a 12 month contract to wrestle through unfortunately.
Poor!!! Ordered on the 18th April . Today 16 may no delivery and no communication as to progress . Call center not answering the phone. Poor Poor service!!!
<p>I wanted to spoil myself for Christmas and 2017 . Applied for a new contract and ordered a new Iphone 7 on the 23 rd of December. Today 34 telephone calls further and speaking to almost everyone in the after sales call centre I still do not have my device. Up to today every person has been giving me different versions of why I have not received the device. Today, according to the call centre supervisor the coerier could not get hold of me and I have to re-apply for a new contract as well as a new phone and wait another 5-7 days to recieve my phone. I am desperate, furious and can not speak to anybody who is willing to assist me in my frustration. I called Vodacom head office yesterday, guess what I was forwarded to the same department I have been struggling with for the last month....How on earth can this be happening in this wonderfull country of ours???? PLEASE ADVISE...WHERE CAN I GO FOR AN ANSWER..</p>
