I went to this hotel from Thendele Camp while I needed Restaurant to sit and do my Work. The Lady Nthabisile From Drakensburg Mount Aux was so Friendly. She then start advertising the business to me and convince me to rather sleep and do.my work. That to me shows a Waiter with Business Minded. The rooms in this place are so nice and clean. I am a Sinus person but I never smell any dirty in the building. The staff members from the Gate were so friendly going Reception was on point. All the Waiters and staff members in the Restaurant were so friendly too not forgetting the beautiful ladies who do housekeeping and even did my Laundry. Best place ever. I'm impressed. Customer service is Excellent.
I booked one of their accommodation in Bloemfontein. They are very nice and friendly. I have to cancel for some reasons they help me so kindly. I am really appreciate their friendly manner

I cannot believe people can rob my money daylight. I stay in one of their properties in Benoni Morehill. COVENT GARDENS. I paid R15000.00 deposit. I gave them notice on 1st Feb 2024 and move out on 2nd March. I sent all documents that was required for my deposit. Yesterday when asking about status of my refund this is the answer that I received from Lindy Good afternoon Please find deposit refund breakdown attached. There is no money due back to you yet as we are still waiting for the final utilities account. Once we receive the final account for March we will refund any leftover money back to you I am now charged R5000.00 for utilities and I never pay more that R2000.00 of utilities while staying there. This is like *********** my money. So in this country is survival of the fittest the rich one will stay rich the poor will always stay poor. Imagine loosing the whole R15000.00 just like that Is a big loss.Unbelievable people are too cruel. I am not happy about this at all. I am ******.
I went there servicing my Car. The service was on Top. From Technician to the driver. The customer care is on another Level. The Technician Malcolm very kind and friendly guy who will explain everything nicely to you. The driver Thabiso eversmiling guy who talk sense. Sharing productive stories and make you feel VIP in the car. Very friendly Guy. This dealer is the best.
I was there from 1st of May to 4th May. The Staff members in there from Welcoming to Restaurant they were so good and friendly. They make me feel so Special.
I went to Wild Coast Sun on my birth month in November 24 . The service was on top. I met Subesh the lady who was helping me extending my booking. She made me feel so Special. She was so kind and amazing. She treated me like a Queen. She was so professional and got lots of patience. If they hiring I can suggest they get people like her. She know her job.
