Swindlers of people's money

I checked-out on the 2nd of Oct 2020 and was promised that they would return my monies within 7 to 14 days. They have since not returned the money. I called more than 5 times already, and am always given the same answer that they will either check and get back to me, or it is gonna be loaded on the system. I want my money back They actually deserves a zero star.
