They delivered the parcel to the wrong address, and had to call them several times to get assisted, whereas no one returned the call to assist. I want to be reimbursed.
I was initially scared to take up Rain router due to reviews, but WOW WOW WOW Wow, Rain You've exceeded my expectation. Your router is the best so far, I'm not even using an extender because how far reaching it is. Keep up the good work.
I paid the license disck on the money app. The bank was supposed to courier the disc, but did not courier it. Its been more than 8days, and haven't received any communication from the courier or the bank. When I called the bank, I was told it was not their responsibility and I needed to call the licensing department, which I did and was referred to the bank. I am currently driving a car with an expired license disc. Although I paid for it, the bank did not assist me. Should I have known that this is the type of treatment you give to your clients, I was not going to buy this.
The store cancelled my online order without my knowledge, and after calling them, I realised were not going to deliver the items. I've been requesting a refund to no avail.
I logged an online return and chose a method of return as the store. The items were unopened when I returned them to the store. They couldn't take the items since, "Apparently," I had to bring the credit card I used to buy the items (which is lost) for them to refund the money into the card. I called the online store to request that they fetch the items. They haven't done anything to expedite the return. And it seems that it's their delaying tactics, so they don't refund me. I'm never buying at this store again.
I cannot even access showmax on my TV. I tried contacting their live chat, but they cannot even assist with the problem. You tell him the issue, but instead of telling you how to diagnose it, sends you to a completely different issue.
The service I received from spec-savers was just wonderful. From the ladies at the reception where I booked the appointment to the last interaction when I received the glasses. The ladies went above and beyond to interact, explain the eye procedure, and assist us in getting the right glasses. Keep it up ladies, you are a great team.
I initially bought roughly 7 items, so there's a likelihood of human error. The delivery had one item missing when I received the package. I quickly emailed them, stating my concern and fortunately, I received the item the next morning. Although I didn't receive the free shopping bag that was advertised. The lady was quick to answer me and send the missing item.
I contacted budget insurance for a claim requesting they fix the alarm system that has been damaged, probably because of lightning strikes. They responded by requesting I pay a lighting excess, in addition to the basic excess that I have to pay. This was never on my policy schedule and have never agreed to that. Totally disguisted.
Good dayThe complaint is related to Vodacom, which activated a contract without my consent, even after having requested that they cancel all contracts and was no longer interested in having a contract. Previously, I spoke to the service provider to cancel any contract telephonically to no avail. The manager specifically called me on the 24th of June, where he assured me that they had gone through the case files (in which I made several telephone attempts to cancel the contract, but they were not cooperative, instead were ignored). He assured me that he would be making a reversal and the number will go back to prepaid. I was happy with the outcome of the call, only to realise today, when they sent me a bill saying I owe them for a contract I never requested. When you call their call-centre and request that they rectify their mistake, you never get assisted, they send you from pillar to post, and make you wait hours on end. This is taking an emotional toll on me, with having to spend hours calling the call center that never assists you. For now, I just want to have them rectify this issue and will be moving to another service provider, which do not use devious means to steal from their customers. Regards
