Heartdeco selling returns at Highgate
Heartdeco products are not quality...90 percent customers of return the goods that they bought from heartdeco...so heartdeco opened a store that sell those returns at a cheaper price

Happy Customer!!
Great shopping experience. I was first vary weary of shopping with unkown online stores as I have been burnt in the past. My first order was placed via Leroy Merlin and second order directly with HearDeco. Claire answered all my e-mail queries with no delays. Order was delivered within two days after order was confirmed. Great Service!!!

Purchasing from AliExpress, Poor support and no confidence in their warranty
I would be very wary purchasing expensive items from this business, especially items like the dual motor standing desk. I have seen very mixed reviews of the desk and so I reached out and ask questions. The business did a poor job at responding and didn't answer my questions. I asked about the warranty and it only has 6 months, which is nothing compared to other desks of similar price with a minimum a year and a third party warranty as well. I asked about the manufacturer so that I could find reviews for the desk and the refused to provide it, telling me they aren't confident either. I am pretty sure this site is just dropshipping as well so I would be very careful before you buy from them. I actually found the exact same desk on AliExpress.

Bad supplier. Bad customer service
I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the recent experience I had while ordering products through Leroy Merlin's website, which was supposed to be supp**** by Heartdeco. I placed an order on Leroy Merlin's website, and both Leroy Merlin and Heartdeco confirmed the order. However, to my dismay, the order was subsequently canceled without any prior notification. I had already paid for the products, and the lack of communication about the cancellation was highly unprofessional. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, neither Leroy Merlin nor Heartdeco has been willing to address my concerns. I have contacted both companies and haven't heard from either of them since. Moreover, the employees I spoke with provided conflicting information and, outright **** about the reasons behind the cancellation. This experience has not only caused inconvenience but has also eroded my trust in these companies. I have urged them to promptly investigate this matter, provide a clear explanation for the cancellation, and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. As a paying customer, I expected better communication and assistance in resolving issues that arise during the purchasing process. I have yet to receive any assistance. Neither of them has taken any responsibility or urgency in assisting me.

Great customer services
I initially bought roughly 7 items, so there's a likelihood of human error. The delivery had one item missing when I received the package. I quickly emailed them, stating my concern and fortunately, I received the item the next morning. Although I didn't receive the free shopping bag that was advertised. The lady was quick to answer me and send the missing item.
