Ordered a foldable bed desk from Heartdeco through Amazon. What is received was previously used (second hand) and broken. Returned for a full refund
Be prepared to wait at least two hours for delivery.

<p>A postiive story to share....Ordered the Samsung s7 Edge through their marketplace and realised that 3-5 working day delivery deadline would not be met.</p> <p>Contacted the call centre where a very concerned and most helpful Lee-Ann cancelled the prior order, applied a credit to my account and allowed me to reorder the same product from a different supplier at a lower price, which was then delivered to me withing 24 hours.</p> <p>An initial fumble, spledidly saved.</p>
Pre-ordered and purchased a samsung tv at Game Kenilworth. Received a call that tv was ready for collection. Arrived to collect but tv had been resold to another party. Left without tv. On floor staff completely disinterested. Customer service at this store is a disgraceful joke. Furthermore, the store was dirty, had no aircon and an abundance of unhelpful staff loitering around talking to eachother instead of helping customers. This store either needs new management or should be shut down.
