I bought a Defy chest freezer from Game (Cape Town) and it failed within the warranty period. I reported the issue two weeks ago. A technician inspected it and confirmed the fault, but since then, Defy has gone completely silent. Game keeps saying they're waiting on Defy — meanwhile, no one from Defy has contacted me, and all my food has spoiled. This level of service is unacceptable. Defy clearly does not care about customers once the sale is done. I will never buy Defy again and I strongly advise others to think twice. Very disappointing experience.
Horrible service, I ordered on Makro online on the 4th of February and on the 9th I received a message saying We’re sorry, but we’ve had to cancel your order due to stock unavailability. You will be refunded within the next 2 – 10 working days. I am so disappointed and be careful with ordering online at Makro. They will borrow your money with zero interest in the name of online purchase.

Worst experience ever. I don't recommend anyone to get involved with this college. I cancelled in COVID time 2020 before registering and no refund received no cancellation was done. Proscribed listed on my on all credit bureaus. Several emails sent no response received until now July 2023 which is three and half years no resolution.
Very stressing to use this company Strategies Migration Services South Africa. I am warning other people that are still not in my situation to try and avoid Strategies Migration Services South Africa by all means. I throw my money in the Ocean and I am regretting. Exceptional service. I forgot to change the payment method from card to cash then I paid cash. My bolt balance was minus after I paid cash then I sent the query and it was so quick than I expected for this to be resolved. I recommend Bolt
