Horrible vacation re...
Horrible vacation resort, Challets are falling apart due to no upkeep, the resort manager 'Lawrence' as he calls himself, total **** artist with no regard to his guests, abusive bad language and no sense of common decency.. Don't waste your money or time here...

May i please have my money asap because your resort and LAP you **** people money with the information you are giving the client .I want my money .I will never ever do business with you company and will continue telling people about the poor service and the dishonesty that you and your partnership are presenting in the name of the One year gift voucher

Beautiful place to stay, a home away from the city life. Very peaceful with wonderful and friendly staff. Very accommodating staff all round. Well kept facilities.i only feel the resort should have wifi and perhaps an indoor pool to accomodate kids and families who cannot bear cold water. Entertainment area hours could be left open until later. Overall wonderful stay.

Beautiful place to stay, a home away from the city life. Very peaceful with wonderful and friendly staff. Very accommodating staff all round. Well kept facilities.i only feel the resort should have wifi and perhaps an indoor pool to accomodate kids and families who cannot bear cold water. Entertainment area hours could be left open until later. Overall wonderful stay.

Me my wife ,2 sisters and sister in law booked in on the 27th of August 2021 to the 3rd of September . We visited Monateng a few times and always enjoys it ! Friendly staff , Chalets neat and tidy. Good chalets service if you want it. With the covert it is your choice. The negative we had since we got there no Wify or cell phone coverage. I had to leave on Tuesday already because of this as I had a lot of business to attend to. The rest of the family is still there and enjoyed a game drive on Wednesday. So very nice place but no Wify and Cell coverage at chalets. As we all are with Vodacom one Big negative for them. Vodacom has to up there service in that area ! Today you need coverage wherever you are ! Monateng keep it up , always enjoyed my stay with you. JA Pieterse

Key deposit refund
Great experiance and place, however you wait extremely long for the return of you key deposit. It is stated that they will refund you within 7 to 14 days, going now for close to 3 weeks, and they don't reply to emails on this matter.

Its true that Racism still exist in some places, The whole ambience of the place was off. You cannot TALK LOUD or LAUGH LOUD, they could basically say KEEP QUIET. My friends and I went to the pool area and as soon as we entered the people(white) that were there got out of the pool. I can say that the staff members were really kind and understanding its almost as if they know . I would personally not recommend this place to anyone, seems as if Black people money aint good enough for them.

Swindlers of people's money
I checked-out on the 2nd of Oct 2020 and was promised that they would return my monies within 7 to 14 days. They have since not returned the money. I called more than 5 times already, and am always given the same answer that they will either check and get back to me, or it is gonna be loaded on the system. I want my money back They actually deserves a zero star.
