Signed up with Afrihost in December, router goes ofline, orange light on, they ask Openserve to check the Openserve modem, nothing wrong. Then ask us to reset the Afrihost router, that works for a while. I suggest that they swap the router, but then Afrihost will bill me for the delivery of router, this is totally unacceptable, this is now month 3 and still don't have decent fiber in my house. Suppose I must revert to old school and not fiber
Wait now 17days for Fibre installation, however they bill you for full month service. Very disappointed
I app**** for fiber installation as a new customer, no previous installed at premises. Afrihost confirm receipt of request, the next I received is rha job is completed and line activated!! How is that possible, no Fibre, no router no nothing whatsoever, and will start billing??????
They add services to the invoice, when I enquire what this is for, the enquiry has been forwarded to Port Alfred branch but they don't reply, just taking your money
Unpleasant to enter the Centurion Mall store, extremely HOT, cant do shopping in such high temperature. Just imagine the condition of the food products
The Mall@Reds branch air-conditioning is set to an high temperature, very bad for the medication in the pharmacy, further when you leave the shop, the cold hid you, thus risk for becoming sick. I did ask the staff to attend with no assistance.
They fix the water meter, but leave the site in a mess after completion. I called the supervisor, his response "sorry we don't have the skills or contractor's to do the work" So, what do we do, I can't do it myself, so I must pay someone else to do it????
Service has gone out of the window, want to invest, however they just don't respond, do have investments already, but this will stop now
I placed a order online on the 18th March, ref number RFM1120609. It's now 22 March and still no update from Clicks, went to Mall@Reds branch, they could not help. This is now my 3rd bad experience from Clicks online order
Please Fix your mobile app, it is an absolute desater to use, it dies on you - no response.
