I would like to write a review about Mobicred Jo Anne Scholtz , she was very helpful and friendly, enjoyed speaking to her. Knows her job well and extended her help. im a happy customer.
My Lawyer opened a Late deceased account, for ABSA to pay over my Late Mothers money she had in her account, to this day 3 months later nothing has been done. They keep talking about a Backlog, not sure how long their "backlog" lasts, but this is putrid service that they giving. I will never ever advise anyone to bank or open a life policy with them, they took just as long to renounce my mothers estate.
Its true that Racism still exist in some places, The whole ambience of the place was off. You cannot TALK LOUD or LAUGH LOUD, they could basically say KEEP QUIET. My friends and I went to the pool area and as soon as we entered the people(white) that were there got out of the pool. I can say that the staff members were really kind and understanding its almost as if they know . I would personally not recommend this place to anyone, seems as if Black people money aint good enough for them.
I sent an email on the 30th June 2020 to : msccs@zonefitness.co.za , I was assisted by Jacqueline Mutikani , In my first email to her on the 23rd March I inquired as to when I cancel my membership and sh advised the following : " You can request to cancel in May before the 4th." I then sent the cancellation email on the 30th June 2020 and too date have not received any response. I am very upset for the facet that I am still being debited by you and would like this matter to be resolved ASAP and also get refunded for the unauthorised debit orders. My membership has served its full co**** and therefore any other debits is done without my consent.
Dstv has not debited my account for price lock on premium package , the last time I called I was told that there systems updated and the accounts department had to fix the pricing , I have ridiculous amounts thats outstanding , but they not debiting the funds , now im unable to stop, record, view catch up ,NOTHING , since last month this blady problem occurred and nothing to date has been fixed.
I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cel C , before I can get to retentions department Iam being sent through a whole bunch of agents trying to get me to upgrade , and I am not interested . I JUST WANT TO CANCEL , they keep advising that a note is being put on the system and only to find out im being billed a month-to-month CONTRACT fee now . THIS IS RUBBISH , I need the contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY and the number converted to prepaid.
Reference: # 647840 Steers Grosvenor Crossing , Order placed on at 12;31, still after 1 and a half hours I did not receive my food ordered after they confirmed and accepted my order . I called the call center and was told that my order is on its way , 30 minutes there after I have not received my food . Im expected to pay for my food when it arrives cold and very LATE . this is the worst experience I have ever received from a restaurant . Not impressed at all.
