Bought 100v UPS at the Eastgate branch for R1300 and it doesn't last even for 5 minutes when I took it back to the store after 5 days they refused to exchange or refund me because I didn't have the receipt. Requested to speak to the manager, who was rude who also refused to help. So because I lost the receipt my money is gone down the drain. I even registered on their loyalty program but that also couldn't help. This company is a ****....!!!!
It's almost a year since I've been running around to do my withdrawal. Every consultant I speak to is clueless and full of lies. They don't give you any feedback and they keep saying they have escalated. Terrible service as if it's a government institute, this people don't take their business seriously.
Rented a car from Avis on the 7th of August returned it on the 12th. Got charged twice and my bank account is on minus because of that been trying to sort the issue till to date. Apparently they can't even call their billing department they can only send emails so I must suffer while I'm not the one who created the whole mess. I will never use their services again and won't recommend it to anyone.
I applied for a SIM only package and it was delivered but it was not working. According to their website that place have coverage hence I applied for the service but to my surprise the sim was not working. I used different routers hoping that the sim will work, even borrowed one of the routers they claimed to be compatible but there was no luck. Called their support line it also couldn't help, so I suggested that they add a router on my package but I was told it was impossible. I then was told if I cancel within the first 7 days I won't be charged as their sim was not working so I did cancel but now I'm told that I owe a cancellation fee. What frustrates me more is that we can't work as our emails are not active because of the suspended account and it's almost a month now and we paid for it. I'm left with no choice but to move our business as the matter hasn't been resolved after sending emails and calling trying to get help. Really disappointed and we won't refer other people.
<p>My ex wife and I are both using clientele, we separated in January 2016 and our divorce is not contested. She submitted the papers early last year after filling and signing them in Centurion while meeting the lawyers appointed by them. It's been a year without hearing anything from them, when she calls they say they are busy with it but when I called today they're claiming that we didn't submit the papers and they've never appointed any lawyers for us. Can you imagine after being a client for years to get this kind of a service, I felt like I was being assisted by a home affairs employee. They don't want to take responsibility and are full of empty promises. If this matter is not resolved I'm going to cancel my policy and advice my friends and family not to take anything from the company.</p>
<p>I have a car insurance with them and it was written off 4 weeks ago and to date the matter hasn't been settled.</p> <p>I call them everyday only to be told that the manager will call me back which never happens.</p> <p>When I signed up I was told that my access is R3100 but now I'm being told that I have to pay</p> <p>R9500 because of additional acccess which I was never told about, wether by phone or mail. I</p> <p>then requested for the recording and I was told to wait for 48 hours then they will get back to me</p> <p>again it was just another bull coz it's been more than 72 hours. There are insurance companies</p> <p>which were offering me lower premiums compared to them but I chose to stay with them even after my premium increased because of me relocating. I'm not gonna let this pass without a fight as I'm contacting my lawyer. I'm also going to spread the word to my collegues, friends and family not to make the same mistake I did by chosing this company that looks like is being run by the goverment.</p>
